You don't need to be in Lagos to enjoy Karis. We ship your groceries nationwide via trusted road transport companies. Here's how it works.

Important: Fresh produce & perishables

We do not ship highly perishable items (e.g. raw meat, eggs, most fresh vegetables) via waybill. These items are only available for Lagos delivery. Packaged goods, dry food, canned items, and select produce with longer shelf lives can be shipped interstate.

How waybill shipping works

Place your order via WhatsApp or online

Send your order to 0707 123 7413 with your full name, delivery state, and park/address details. We'll confirm what can be shipped to your location.

Receive a quote and pay

We'll send you a breakdown of your items plus the waybill fee (charged separately). Pay via Paystack, bank transfer, or USSD.

We pack and send at the transport park

Your order is carefully packed, labelled with your name and phone number, and dropped off at the transport company's park in Lagos. We use trusted companies like GIG Logistics, ABC Transport, Young Shall Grow, and others.

You receive a waybill number

Once the consignment is registered, we'll send you the waybill number and transport company details via WhatsApp so you can track it.

Pick up from your local park

When the delivery arrives (typically 1–3 days), you'll receive a call from the park. Go to their local office in your city with your ID and waybill number to collect.

Shipping fees

Fee calculation

Waybill fees depend on the weight and volume of your order and your destination state. Fees are quoted per order — we'll confirm the exact amount before you pay. Typical fees range from ₦1,500 (light parcel, South-South) to ₦5,000+ (heavy orders, North).

Minimum order for waybill

There's no strict minimum, but we recommend a minimum order value of ₦10,000 to make waybill shipping worthwhile relative to the transport cost.

Who pays the waybill fee?

The waybill fee is paid by the customer and is separate from the product cost. It will be clearly listed in your order summary before you confirm payment.

Tips for interstate orders

Provide your full name exactly as it appears on your ID — parks require ID at collection.
Give us the name and city of your preferred transport company or park (e.g. "ABC Transport, Onitsha").
Order packaged and long-life items for waybill. Fresh produce is available for Lagos delivery only.
During public holidays, transit times may be longer. Place orders in advance.
Track your parcel directly with the transport company using the waybill number we send you.
