Ordering from Karis is quick and easy. You can shop online through our website, or send us a WhatsApp message to place your order manually.

Browse our full catalogue, add items to your cart, and checkout securely — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Order via WhatsApp

Send us a message on 0707 123 7413 with your shopping list and delivery address. A staff member will confirm your order and total.

Online order — step by step

Browse or search for products

Use the search bar at the top of the page, or browse by category — Fresh Produce, Packaged Goods, Deals, and more.

Add items to your cart

Click Add to Cart on any product. You can adjust quantities directly in your cart. For fresh produce sold by weight (e.g. tomatoes, ogi), the quantity represents the listed unit.

Create an account or sign in

You'll need a Karis account to complete checkout. Sign up with your email or Google account — it only takes a minute.

Enter your delivery address

Add a delivery address. We serve Lagos and select interstate locations via waybill. See Delivery Info for coverage details.

Choose a payment method

We accept Paystack (card & bank transfer), USSD, and bank deposit. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦).

Place your order

Review your items, apply any coupon code, and tap Place Order. You'll receive an order confirmation email and an SMS or WhatsApp notification.

Good to know

No minimum order

There's no minimum order value at Karis. However, very small orders may incur a higher relative delivery fee.

Can't find what you're looking for?

Send us a WhatsApp message — if we stock it, we'll add it to your order manually. If we don't carry it yet, we may be able to source it for you.

Order confirmation

Once your payment clears, your order status will update to Confirmed. You can track your order at any time from My Orders.

Payment on delivery not available

We do not currently offer pay-on-delivery. All orders must be paid before dispatch. For questions about payment, see our Contact Us page.
